This is the SciKit-Surgery Fiducial Registration Educational Demonstrator (FRED). SciKit-SurgeryFRED is designed for teaching and research on the registration algorithms commonly used for image guided surgery. You can find a tutorial on how to use SciKit-SurgeryFRED here.
